Happy New Year

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. We did, we just got back from Sheridan yesterday. We had a fun packed 5 days with the family. Kason was a lot of fun this xmas he was so excited for all of his gifts. We got a day of sledding in at the bowl on xmas day and Cameron and i actually got to go snowmobiling on Sunday. It was a blast.

Cookies

This week I am enjoying my three days off. I was told by the payroll guy that i still had some vacation time to take before the end of the year or i would lose it so i took Monday-Wednesday off. It is so nice to not have to go to work, i can do what ever i want. Today i took Kason to daycare in the morning while i went to walmart and did some things around the house. Then after i picked up Kason we made some sugar cookies. It was fun but a giant mess. I am still finding sprinkles on the floor. They turned out really good and we are still on a sugar high.

Freezing

This past weekend in the Windy City of Casper we stayed home. It was freezing all weekend below zero both days. We didn't even leave the house on Sunday because it was too cold. So we decorated a gingerbread house instead. Kason really had fun putting the candy on the house. As of right now there is not much candy left on it and Cameron has started eating the house. Hmmm imagine that :)

Decorating

On Saturday i managed to do a little Christmas decorating. Finally got the tree put up on Sunday morning. I had one really good little elf helping the whole time. It was fun we had christmas music playing while we were putting the village up.

The only thing we have left is the outside of the house. It has been so windy here that we cant get the lights put on the house yet. Maybe this year is just not the year to have them up. We will just decorate the railing maybe but who knows.

Turkey day

Hope everyone had a great Turkey day.
We stayed in Casper for Thanksgiving because i was on call for work. My parents and my Grandma made the trip from Sheridan to be will us.
Kason had a great time helping everyone cook. On Friday Cameron and i snuck out with the rest of the crazy people at 5:30 in the morning for all of the great sales. We had alot of fun and got some good buys. But boy was i tired. About 10 am the phone started ringing and from then on i was smokin busy till Sunday night with work stuff...YUCK!

The Big Hunt

Kason 1st deer Hunt....

Cameron, Karl, Spencer, and I took Kason on his first deer hunt last night. After Karl shot the deer and we found it Kason turns and looks at Karl and says "Baby papa" it was absolutely hilarious. Boy what a shot to the ego for Karl. He had a blast and wants to go more. He doesn't quit get the concept of only one dear a year. He said to me "more mommy 2"

Day on the Farm

Yesterday Kason got to play with his cousins at Cameron's parents house. He had lots of fun riding horses, riding on his 4-wheeler, and playing with Cole.
